Touchstone Pictures is an American production company and is one of several film distribution labels of The Walt Disney Studios which is owned by The Walt Disney Company . Established in 1984Disney CEO Ron.W.Miller created the film company as Touchstone Films, it typically releases films that target an older audience and darker tones than those released under the main Company Walt Disney Studios.
